The Mission of the RCCA
Social Organization
We promote good neighborly relations by hosting several social events at the beach each year.
Property Care and Maintenance
The founders of the Riverside community provided for "common land" throughout the neighborhood but didn't really leave a plan for maintaining it. Today the RCCA maintains the land and pays the property taxes.
Community Relations
We serve as a liaison with City officials, the NN Police Department and CNU, representing the best interests of the neighborhood.
